Flood risk map from hydrological and mobility data: A case study in São Paulo (Brazil)

Cities increasingly face flood risk primarily due to extensive changes of the natural land cover built-up areas with impervious surfaces. In urban areas, impacts come mainly from road interruption. This paper proposes an map hydrological and mobility data, considering megacity S\~ao Paulo, Brazil, as a case study. We estimate susceptibility through Height Above Nearest Drainage algorithm; potential impact exposure vulnerability components. aggregate all variables into regular grid then classify cells each component three classes: Moderate, High, Very High.
